Below are all the roles within Rabo Easy FX and what they can do:
Admin: Activate and deactivate users, reset accounts, modify user information, and assign roles to users. This role can only be turned on or modified by Rabobank.
T&C approver: To approve the terms on first use or when changing the terms. This role can only be turned on or modified by Rabobank.
Data loader: Uploading "Orders/invoices", as well as creating manual transactions. Note that with this role alone, it is not possible to actually authorize and hedge transactions.
Trader: Approve transactions already created. Creating transactions also requires the Data loader role.
Manager: Setting "Trade Settings".
Override: Overrule the hedging policy, for example, for transactions not covered by that policy so that they can still be hedged. Hedging policies can be set in the Trade Settings and are only possible in combination with extended modules. Extended modules are only available for clients who are approved to use derivatives.
View: Viewing data, such as closed transactions and uploaded "Orders/invoices". This role is always linked.
These provide more security for your currency hedges. They prevent accidental entry of excessive amounts. Setting a notional limit allows you to set the maximum amount for individual currency transactions. Notional limits are applied to transactions executed through "Spot", "Forward", "Swap" and "Change Payment Date". The mobile app also uses notional limits.
Rabobank set the default notional limit at €250,000. Do you want to set a different limit? You can do so at the level of company, user, and currency. Users with "Manager" or "Admin" roles can add company limits under "Trade Settings".
To enter or adjust the company master limits, go to "Trade Settings" via the cogwheel and choose "Limits". The "Global notional limits" option can only be changed by Rabobank. In the "Company Notional Limits" submenu, note your company limits. It is possible to set limits at the level of company, user, and currency. Choose "Create Company Notional Limit" at the top right and fill in the fields, then choose "Save" and the limit will be listed. Once added, a company limit can be changed via the pencil icon or deleted via the Recycle Bin.
If you click on the notification bubble under "Market rates" in the main screen, you will be directed to the page with comprehensive exchange rate information. On this page you can set alerts for a specific currency pair. If you set an alert, you will receive a one-time notification when the price drops or rises relative to your specified alert settings.
